We have Blaine Thompson, our C.O.O., who keeps us all organized, helps with reservations, keeping the accounts straight, guest services, and managing the whole company in general. I have known Blaine since we were 3- we grew up together in Lake Wales, FL and went to Pre-K to 12 together. I was lucky enough to be able to hire him in Gainesville, FL and I know I can count on him for anything the company needs.
We have Ron Timmons, who is our amazing Head of Maintenance-- whenever our guests need anything at all, Ron is there with a smile and a quick fix. I have known Ron for almost 15 years- he is one of the most handy, pleasant, inventive/ creative people you will ever meet. Ron is also extremely proactive- he tries to make sure our guests don't have to call with problems by doing as much preventative maintenance as possible. When guests do encounter an unexpected problem, he immediately fixes it and does an inspection of the property to make sure everything else is working well.
We have Hannah Timmons, our Guest Services Specialist-- all of our guests love Hannah because she checks in with our guests to make sure they are all happy, responds quickly to guest inquiries and concerns, and manages our arrival information, and also manages our cleaning schedules. I have know Hannah for almost 15 years as well- she is one of the most organized and cheerful people I have ever met.
